We aim to be the harbinger of change in the career guidance domain by empowering transformational career guidance approaches in our career coaching program. Working with issues of familial and peer pressure, we have been helping individuals understand and work towards their priorities. We teach students strategies to battle stress and we educate individuals on how to cope with disruptions in careers. We empower our mentees with insights into how to analyse work, emotions, and behaviour. What they learn with us helps them all their lives.

About The Founder
Rachana Mimani is a trained career coach with over 1000+ hours of transformational mentoring sessions for guiding students, parents, and teachers across the country. She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology and has also been an expert NLP practitioner for the past 7 years.
She has been driven by the motivation to guide people from all walks of life to realize their dreams. She is also a professionally certified coach for career development and transformation. Ms. Rachna believes in enabling students so that they are better prepared to take life decisions while receiving sound guidance from their teachers and parents.
